I. PREFACE

The challenge of human resource management in the midst of changing business environment welcoming the industrial revolution 4.0 seems increasingly complex. Besides, the growing number of Gen Y who will occupy the top position in some management functions also need to be well prepared. It is estimated that this era will affect the loss of the role of 800 million workers in the world. Many of them will lose their jobs. On the other hand, there is still optimism to keep there new jobs in the coming era of revolution 4.0
