I. PREFACE

The challenge of human resource management in the rapidly changing and globalizing business environment seems to be more and more complex. The coming of digital era as well as the increasing number of young generation (generation Y) which will occupy the top position of HR management will be serious attention by some human resources managers in the companies. What are the steps for the company's HR management to deal with these changes? This is what will be discussed in a series of seminar in the end of 2017 which is designeed as HR EXPO.

The 12nd HR EXPO in 2017 will expose a theme of HRM Strategies for the Continuity and Sustainability of Organization to Face Business Competition, in attempt to make participants get enlightenment from business leaders and human resources experts in facing the future competition.

HR EXPO that has been held since 2004 is expected to be a solution for HR practitioners in Indonesia to improve their knowledge and skills, so they will produce world-class human resources.

Each time HR Expo was attended by more than 600 participants at various levels and always increase from year to year.

II. FORMAT OF EVENT

HR EXPO 2017 program is:
  1. A series of Human Resources (HR) seminar festivals consisting of 24 Tracks and 4 Plenaries within 2 days
  2. Exhibition of Human Resource Consultancy Services (HR) and other fields related to the improvement of human resources.
III. OBJECTIVES

HR EXPO aims:

  1. To excite and remind the corporate owners and management that HR management is very strategic and needs to be developed
  2. To provide input to new HR professionals on the concepts in HR management
  3. To gain new knowledge experiences of HR management from senior HR professionals from leading and advanced companies in the field of HR management
  4. As a meeting media for some Human Resources practitioners in Indonesia, so they can exchange experiences in handling human resource issues in each company
  5. Displaying various HR management consultants who assist to develop the human resources of the Indonesian nation
